Stephen Curry becomes the first unanimous MVP in NBA history

Stephen Curry

Stephen Curry continued to make NBA history Tuesday becoming the first player to win the League MVP by a unanimous vote.

Curry winning the award was at this point a formality considering he was the driving force behind Golden State breaking the Bulls‘ all-time wins mark at 72. Perhaps the bigger question regarding this year’s MVP was did anyone have the balls to vote against Curry?

The answer was obviously a no but it always seems like there’s someone out there trying to lame some BS statement.

Curry also joins Patriots quarterback Tom Brady and NHL legend Wayne Gretzky as the only two players to ever earn unanimous MVP votes in their respective leagues.

Oh, and if you thought Steph Curry was going to be hampered by a knee injury, the guy went out and dropped 40 on Portland in a 132-125 game four victory Monday night.
