Michigan State basketball is once again getting some recognition for their recent successes this season.
Monday, the Spartans broke into the top 10 of the Associated Press’ top 25 ranking in at #6 in the country while the ESPN/USA Today poll has Michigan State at #7.
“We’re a pretty good basketball team,” Izzo said Monday at his weekly press conference. “The problem is this year, right now, I think there’s a lot of pretty good basketball teams. I don’t think there’s many great ones.”
The Spartans are 14 -2 on the season and have won 14 straight including big victories over Gonzaga, Indiana and Wisconsin.
