The Miami Heat essentially came back from the dead to win back-to-back NBA titles.
After being down by five with about a minute and a half remaining in Game 6 (not to mention seeing themselves in a 3-2 hole in the series) the Miami Heat on the back of LeBron James finished off the Spurs with a 95-88 Game 7 win from South Beach.
James finished the night with 37 points and 12 rebounds to lead all scorers including a clutch jumper in the waning minutes of the fourth quarter. Dwyane Wade had 23 points while Chris Bosh failed to register a point.
The shot that made LeBron this year may have just won this thing.

Shane Battier had 18 points off the bench.
Meanwhile the Spurs who had trouble sinking shots in the final quarter were led by Duncan who had 24 points with Kawhi Leonard netting himself 19. Manu Ginobili also once again made the most of his start scoring 18.
Tim Duncan, Manu Ginobili, and Tony Parker won their first title together a month after LeBron James finished high school..

This one should hurt the Spurs for a while as it seemed they had it all wrapped up in Game 6.
