Just days after terrorist detonated suicide vests outside the Stade de France in Paris, further terror continues to grip Europe.

According to the Guardian, the Germany and Netherlands friendly scheduled for Tuesday in Hanover was cancelled by police after a ‘concrete plan’ to detonate a bomb within the stadium.

Originally it was reported that explosive devices were rigged into an ambulance which were going to be driven into the stadium and detonated. However the latest reports have suggested that no explosives have been found yet by police.

Despite the cancellation, fans had already begun to enter the stadium. An evacuation was announced around 90 minutes prior to kickoff however as fans left the area in trains, police eventually decided to shut them down too.
