So could the return of Steve Yzerman to the Red Wings also signal the return of Sergei Fedorov as well?

I’m not sure where any of this is coming from other than the notion that Yzerman and himself supposedly still keep in close contact and that Sergei is not completely satisfied in his current hockey position in Russia.
Anyways, take all of this with a huge grain of salt. It’s definitely not presumed the Illitch family would be interested in brining Fedorov back to the organization in any kind of executive role. I mean they can’t even retire is damn number. But I guess if anyone has any kind of pull to make this happen you’d have to think it’s Yzerman.
