UCLA

A swinging kettle bell might get you some killer biceps but it will also get you banned from UCLA football practices if those swings are intended for coaches.

Sean โ€˜Diddyโ€™ Combs โ€“ who may be the most annoying football dad on the planet โ€“ told a radio station today that he is in fact banned from the UCLA sidelines after taking a shot at a coach with a kettlebell in tow.

โ€œAs I know right now Iโ€™m not allowed.โ€

โ€œI think thereโ€™s times when you have to just communicate and find out whatโ€™s going on and be by your childrenโ€™s side,โ€ said Diddy. โ€œAt the end of the day itโ€™s just about communication to me. I went there to communicate. I canโ€™t speak about anything else that happened.โ€

Last month, Diddy seemed to of taken exception to how UCLA strength and conditioning coach Sal Alosi was working with his son Justin Combs. To settle the dispute Diddy allegedly tried to use the weight lifting equipment as a difference maker before getting arrested and threatened with felony charges.

Come on though letโ€™s get to the root hereโ€ฆ This is still an east coast/west coast thing right?
