Thomas Robinson, Sacramento’s 5th overall pick out of Kansas in this past NBA draft was suspended two games for a vicious elbow he gave Pistons’ forward Jonas Jerebko Wednesday night.
Robinson threw the elbow to the throat of Jerebko early on in the 4th quarter in the Pistons’ end of the floor. Immediately after the incident, Robinson was issued a Flagrant 2 and ejected from the game.
The rookie Robinson was however apologetic after the game taking to Twitter to express his feelings.
Apologize for my actions mistakes happen I take full responsibility lost my cool will never happen again !

This elbow also ranks right up there with the one that the NBA player formally known as Ron Artest laid on James Harden last season.
