According to ESPN, Lions RB Mikel Leshoure is being arraigned in Berrien County (west side of Michigan) on possession of marijuana charges.
This is his second offense.
Leshoure was a second round draft pick for the Lions a year ago and missed his entire rookie season due to a ruptured Achilles tendon.
Leshoure is expected to be healthy this upcoming season.
The Lions have issued the following statement on Leshoure…
“We are aware of the reports. We are gathering more information and have no further comment at this time.”
