A veteran NBA coach Scott has 13 years of court side experience (416 wins) with head coaching stops in between Jersey, New Orleans and Cleveland between 2000 and 2013. More importantly though he has Kobe Bryant’s stamp of approval as the Lakers superstar has been lobbying for the Scott hire for weeks now.
