Former Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice won a major appeal this afternoon as an arbitrator ended his indefinite suspension handed down by Roger Goodell and the NFL for KOing his wife last winter. What this means now is any team in the National Football League is able to sign the embattled running back and have him play immediately.
Ray Rice is immediately eligible, source says, by winning his appeal.

What this also means is the arbitrator thought Rice was more honest than the NFL as pointed out by Albert Breer. Let that one sink in for a second…
Ray Rice's victory on appeal means this: Arbitrator believed Rice's story to NFL in June was sufficient, and TMZ video didn't add new info.

Anyways, which team though takes on that PR nightmare with a skill set that’s on the decline?
