So if there’s was any lingering debate as to who won that Prince Fielder/Ian Kindler trade between the Tigers and Rangers… ballgame!
According to Ken Rosenthal of FOX Sports, Fielder’s career ‘appears over’ after the Rangers ‘slugger’ underwent a second neck surgery on July 29th. Texas has also scheduled a press conference for Wednesday which I’m sure isn’t to announce the next Prince Fielder bobble head night.
Sources: Prince Fielder’s career appears over. #Rangers expected to hold press conference tomorrow.

Then there’s this… I hope for Texas’ sake they have AAA:
#Rangers’ Fielder underwent his second neck surgery on July 29. He is guaranteed $24M annually through 2020. Not known if TEX has insurance.

I guess as a Tigers fan I can’t have too much sympathy for the guy since A) he’s a millionaire and B) they guy mailed it in during the postseason in 2013. Luckily for him he’ll have more time to spend with this kids.
But hey… at least I wasn’t as brutal as Isaac.
