Early game tickets for the White Sox seem to be the hot ticket in Chicago.
Or maybe not…
Twitter user @mattlindner has been tweeting out photos of today’s match up between the Minnesota Twins and the hometown White Sox being played in front of 10’s of 100’s of people.

Top of the second. 20 people in my section in left field. I've heard all of their life stories. #WhiteSox pic.twitter.com/VhrQE4Rnc7

Top of the third. The #WhiteSox just welcomed everybody in the stadium on the scoreboard. By name.

It looks a little more crowded behind home plate. But using the word ‘crowded’ may be overstating things just a little.
Top of the fourth. Sitting 11 rows behind home plate today cost less than my beer. Also, it's cold. #WhiteSox pic.twitter.com/PJ1oB78wsi

T-shirt toss in the Bottom of the 5th. This is everyone who is still at this game. Wind chill is 30 #WhiteSox pic.twitter.com/w5sD35ai7q

Ouch…
Section 112 in the bottom of the 6th. I am literally the only person here. 8-5 #WhiteSox pic.twitter.com/y2K6j9OxR4

In all fairness though it looks cold as hell, it’s a day game and the Twins and White Sox will presumably be awful this year. Still though you have to wonder if this kind of turnout would ever happen at Wrigley Field this time of year.
