Or at least it’s going to take a VERY long time to get over the utter humiliation the Brazilian National Team endured today when they lost 7-1 at the hands of Germany in the World Cup semifinals.

ESPN was even forced to make some adjustments to their telecast. In the second half we saw the scoring graphic scroll. Perhaps a first for a World Cup broadcast?
Then there’s Michael Ballack who was happy as ever seeing Brazil get throttled. Remember it was a Ballack led German team that lost to Brazil 2-0 in the 2002 World Cup final.

The only thing that may be a bigger disaster than this for Brazil are those upcoming Rio Summer Games.
