The Packers and Bears kicked off week four in the NFL by continuing last weekend’s show of unity by locking arms during the National Anthem. This of course came after Donald Trump referred to kneeling players during the Anthem as “sons of bitches” further pushing the false narrative that taking a knee was anti-flag and anti-country.

The Packers’ and Bears’ show of unity comes after Green Bay quarterback called for not only the teams to lock arms during the National Anthem, but fans to follow suit as well.
Via USA Today:
Rodgers said the protest was not intended to disrespect the military, but rather to stress unity.
“This is about equality,” Rodgers said. “This is about unity and love and growing together as a society, and starting a conversation around something that may be a little bit uncomfortable for people. But we’ve got to come together and talk about these things and grow as a community, as a connected group of individuals in our society, and we’re going to continue to show love and unity.
“And this week we’re going to ask the fans to join in as well and come together and show people that we can be connected and we can grow together.”
Although it seems like many fans didn’t lock arms some in fact did.

Perhaps some just couldn’t bring themselves to showing any unity towards a division rival. Especially when we’re talking Bears/Packers.
