Packers: Aaron Rodgers throws first Lambeau INT since 2012

Packers

Aaron Rodgers‘ streak of Lambeau perfection ended Sunday afternoon for the Packers quarterback.

The normally sure handed Rodgers, threw his first interception at the iconic stadium in three years (December 2012) when one of his passes was batted at the one of scrimmage and picked off by Rams defender James Laurinaitis.

Things got worse though for the future hall of famer as he would later throw his second Lambeau INT of the day when Trumaine Johnson got in on a play intended for James Jones. And in this case, Rodgers hadn’t thrown two interceptions at home since 2010.

Rodgers also had a fumble to turnover credit on the afternoon but also threw a touchdown and led the Packers in rushing yards before the half. So even Rodgers’ bad games he still finds a way to be productive. Also, according to ESPN, Rodgers finished his Lambeau streak throwing 586 passes between his two interceptions which is really remarkable.
