As Donald Trump continues to lambast professional sports because he totally misses the point when it comes to respect for flag and country, the NFL responded this morning prior to the Jaguars/Ravens game at Wembley Stadium in London.
During the National Anthem, a number of Jaguars/Ravens players and coaches either locked arms and/or knelt marking probably the largest silent Anthem protest in relation to date.

This also included Jaguars owner Shahid Kahn who locked arms with his players.

Additionally, Trump’s call for owners to “fire” or suspend players who choose to kneel during the anthem have largely fallen on deaf ears as many owners have come out in support of their players. This included noted Trump friend and support Robert Kraft of the Patriots.
