It certainly didn’t look good when it happened on the field but the news hit the Brazil national team like a ton of bricks when they learned Neymar would miss the rest of the World Cup after suffering a fractured vertebrae in a 2-1 win over Colombia in Friday’s quarterfinal.
That shock over the loss of Neymar could be seen in this team footage as the team embarks to their semifinal match against Germany on Tuesday while consoling the 22-year old star as they left him behind.
It’s going to be interesting to see how Brazil responds against arguably the best team in the World.
