Michigan State senior QB Kirk Cousins has been named a finalist for the Manning Quarterback Award which takes bowl performance into consideration.
The award which honors Archie, Peyton and Eli Manning’s collegiate career’s will be announced on January 18th after the bowl season is over.
Cousins is joined by fellow Big Ten QB Russell Wilson of Wisconsin as a finalist for the award.
Other finalists include Matt Barkley of USC, Robert Griffin III of Baylor, Landry Jones of Oklahoma, Case Keenum of Houston, Andrew Luck of Stanford, Kellen Moore of Boise State, Brandon Weeden of Oklahoma State, and Tyler Wilson of Arkansas.
