Michigan State smelling roses next season? USA Today thinks so…

According to USA Today by way of David Goricki of the Detroit News, Michigan State will win the Big Ten this upcoming season and play in the Rose Bowl against Stanford on January 2nd, 2012.

According to the report, Michigan State will finish atop the Legends Division followed by Nebraska, Iowa, Michigan, Northwestern and Minnesota. USA Today picked Wisconsin to come out on top of the Leaders Division followed by Ohio State, Penn State, Illinois, Purdue and Indiana.

Here is how USA Today predicted the remaining BCS bowl games would shape out…
Sugar, Jan. 3: Louisiana State vs. Oregon

Orange, Jan. 4: Florida State vs. South Florida

Fiesta, Jan. 5: Notre Dame vs. Oklahoma State
