Michigan State moved up one spot in the BCS Standings after their 31-17 win over Northwestern this past Saturday.
Sunday night the Spartans jumped up to #13 in the BCS standings while holding the #11 spot in the AP and #9 spot in the USA Today Coaches Poll.
On the horizon now for Michigan State is a rematch with Wisconsin in the Big Ten Championship game from Indianapolis next Saturday. The Badgers earned their rematch with Michigan State after they dismantled Penn State 45-7 this past Saturday to win the Leaders Division.
Michigan State miraculously beat Wisconsin 37-31 on final hail mary play in the final seconds of the game.
The winner of the Big Ten Championship game between Wisconsin and Michigan States will earn an automatic bid to a BCS bowl.
