After a very impressive 45-17 win over Nebraska on Saturday, Michigan has jumped into the top 15 in the latest BCS rankings released Sunday.
The Wolverines rank in at #15 in the BCS, #16 in the USA Today Coaches Poll and #17 in the AP Top 25.
Michigan State who was able to clinch the Leaders Division in part due to Michigan beating Nebraska s the conference’s highest-rated team at #10 in the USA Today poll and #11 in the AP poll. The Spartans also rank in at #14 for the BCS.
Michigan plays their final game of the regular season next Saturday when they host bitter rival Ohio State from the Big House. A win for the Wolverines could mean a Big Ten at large bid for a BCS bowl game.
