U-M Basketball has one remaining roster spot for its 2012 class and it’s assumed that they will make a big splash to fill that final spot.
That big splash could come in the form of Chesterton, Ind./Brewster Academy’s Mitch McGrady who ESPNU now ranks as the #3 best recruit in the nation. Furthermore Scout.com reported Friday that “… the school most consistently mentioned by people close to the situation is Michigan …”
Scout.com later added that even though Michigan isn’t necessarily the leader to land McGary, Michigan is “in as good a position as any school in his top six.” Florida, Maryland, North Carolina, Duke and Kentucky are the other schools remaining on McGary’s list.
