Looking Up Lions

Now that the Lions are halfway through the season with a record of 6-2, there is only one opponent on the Lions schedule in the second half that I see as a great threat.

The Green Bay Packers.

So far this season, the defending Super Bowl champions led by Aaron Rodgers, are a perfect 8-0.

Before the Packers play the Lions they first face the Minnesota Vikings (2-6) and Tampa Bay Buccaneers (4-4).

Detroit on the other hand plays a decent schedule up to the Thanksgiving game. First they take on division rival Chicago (4-3) and the Carolina Panthers (2-6).
Now a big key to beating the Packers is simply keeping Matthew Stafford healthy and injury-free. Many blame our last season woes on his injuries. Stafford has proven himself this season, especially by starting the season 5-0.
It’s too early, obviously, to guess the score of each game but I’ll go ahead and predict how the rest of the Lions’ season will go week by week.
Predictions:
@Chicago- Win (7-2)
Carolina- Win (8-2)
Green Bay- Loss (8-3)
@New Orleans- Win (9-3)
Minnesota- Win (10-3)
@Oakland- Win (11-3)
San Diego- Win (12-3)
@Green Bay- Loss (12-4)
This seems really generous, but if this really happens, the only thing I have to say is, I told you so!
