Las Vegas Golden Knights
The picks are in and the roster is set as the Las Vegas Golden Knights, the NHL‘s 31st team is set to begin play for the 2017-18 season.

Headlining the Vegas roster is forward James Neal whom the Golden Knights selected via the Predators roster and starting goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury from the Penguins. Vegas was also provided a number of draft picks in an effort from other teams to steer the Knight’s away from certain players who went unprotected. This included the Sabres trading a 2017 sixth-round pick to Vegas in an effort to prevent Linus Ullmark from being selected. This was according to Sportsnet’s Elliotte Friedman.
