Kliff Kingsbury is allowing the Cardinals to have some social media time during team meetings

New Arizona Cardinals head coach Kliff Kingsbury is taking a pretty liberal approach to cell phone usage amongst his players for the upcoming season.

According to ESPN’s Josh Weinfuss, Kingsbury will allow his players to have cellphone breaks every 20 to 30 minutes during team meetings this season.

“You start to see kind of hands twitching and legs shaking, and you know they need to get that social media fix, so we’ll let them hop over there and then get back in the meeting and refocus.”

The break is a method Kingsbury used at Texas Tech and notes the short attention spans of his players.

You can probably take note that this is something fans and the media will bring up if the Cardinals start to go off the rails in the Kingsbury era.
