Once again the Patriots win and NFL commissioner Roger Goodell is left looking like a total fool.
Thursday, Judge Richard Berman nullified Patriots quarterback Tom Brady’s four-game suspension stemming from the atrocious and mind numbing DeflateGate scandal which has served as a huge reminder of our first world problems.

Judge Berman in his ruling determined the Patriots quarterback was denied adequate ‘notice of discipline and misconduct’ and that Roger Goodell overstepped his boundaries in issuing the four-game ban on Brady.

But as Goodell’s power seems to be deflating the NFL is expected to appeal the court’s ruling but isn’t expected to file an injunction to keep Brady off the field in week one. Nonetheless the NFL and their bumbling commissioner just took another major hit today.
