Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez are apparently dating which gives us a measuring stick to determine how slow the news cycle is for the sports world is right now. The combine is over, we’ve just started the conference tournaments and NFL free agency and you’re really pressing some to care about meaningless spring training games. Then again Tim Tebow is playing so there’s that.
Anyways the news surrounding J-Lo and A-Rod was first reported by LoveBScott and picked up by others because Rodriguez is relevant again since he’ll be on the FOX baseball coverage this upcoming and I guess people are still into Lopez for some reason or another. Via LoveBScott:
J. Lo’s new man is A-Rod. They’ve been quietly dating for a couple months. Her thing w/ Drake ended after TMZ reported he hooked up with French booty model / porn star Rosee Divine in Amsterdam back in January. This was after Drake spent Christmas with J. Lo and her family! She promptly kicked him to the curb. [She and A-Rod] haven’t gone public yet, but I can confirm this is absolutely true.
In any sense this relationship has the potential to get really annoying.
