If Gregg Williamsโ coaching career wasnโt already in jeopardy before, this latest audio may be the final dagger.
Thursday morning an audio recording of a Saintsโ defensive meeting prior to their playoff game against the 49ers was released. During the meeting we gain even more insight as to why type of defensive program Williams was running in New Orleans. Some of his rambling include going after the fucking head, and taking out ACLโs.

The night before Gregg Williamsโ final game as the New Orleans Saintsโ defensive coordinator, the since-suspended coach gave a fiery speech to the teamโs defensive players during which he made specific references to inflicting physical punishment upon several San Francisco 49ers in a postseason game the next day.
For his actions in Bounty Gate, Williams was given an indefinite suspension by the NFL which Williams has decided not to appeal. He obviously will not be coaching the St. Louis defense this season and if the NFL needed a smoking gun to ban Williams for life they may have gotten it.
