According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers suffered a small fracture in his collarbone during last night’s 27-20 loss to the Chicago Bears which could sideline the All-Pro QB three weeks.
More definitive scans today but initial tests showed small fracture in Aaron Rodgers' collarbone that could sideline him about three weeks.

The Rodgers injury occurred in the first quarter when he was flattened by Bears DE Shea McClellin as he was scrambling out of the pocket. Rodgers did return to the Packers sideline in the third quarter wearing a hoodie possibly concealing the injury on the non-throwing side of his collarbone.
At this point it’s really unclear how long Rodgers will be out. Schefter’s three-week prediction seems to be the optimistic view while guys like Charles Woodson and Marques Colston who both suffered broken collarbones in recent years missed around six weeks. If three weeks is the case that puts Rodgers on track to return for their now pivotal Thanksgiving game in Detroit.
Packers source on Aaron Rodgers: "It doesn't look good." MRI today. Swelling inhibited diagnosis. Could he miss reg. season? "Possibly."

Meanwhile Ed Werder is reporting that Rodgers could possibly miss the rest of the regular season.
In any case we could see the return of Matt Flynn (who is currently a free agent) to the Packers as Seneca Wallace was pretty bad in relief.
