Michigan football practice Tuesday brought some good news and bad news to the team as they prepare to face Minnesota in the Big Ten opener this Saturday.
According to Kyle Meinke of AnnArbor.com, Starting cornerbacks Troy Woolfolk and J.T. Floyd who both left Saturday’s game against SDSU early due to injury participated in drills with the first team defense. This was done in a 20-minute window in front of media members.
On the other side of things Linebackers Cam Gordon (back) and Brandon Herron (leg) warmed up with their position groups but were not participating in drills with the first team defenses.
Head coach Brady Hoke said Gordon was “just (is) not where he needs to be yet.” and although he was available Saturday against SDSU he didn’t dress.
