Texas A&M put together the biggest last-minute comeback in NCAA Division I history Sunday night as the Aggies overcame a 12 point deficit with just 44 seconds remaining in the game against Northern Iowa.
Here’s the entirety of that span that at first sent the game to overtime before A&M was able to finally down Panthers 92-88 in double overtime and securing a berth in the Sweet 16.
The three-seeded Aggies were led by Alex Caruso‘s 25 points while Danuel House had 22 in the second half and two additional overtime periods.
What makes this more remarkable for Texas A&M though is according to this graph, the Aggies had a .01 percent chance of actually coming back down 12 with 32 seconds remaining.
