Despite the nice divisional win over the Green Bay Packers Sunday the Lions could be without one of their top guys on defense for long haul.
According to Kyle Meinke of Mlive.com, there looks to be some growing fears that linebacker Stephen Tulloch may have torn his ACL doing the discount double check after sacking Green Bay’s Aaron Rodgers.
Although no MRI’s have been done yet, former head physician of the San Diego Chargers, Dr. David J. Chao tweeted that it appeared Tulloch did tear his ACL on the celebration.

Lions head coach Jim Caldwell wouldn’t comment on the possibilities of an ACL injury (which could sideline Tulloch for the rest of the season) until he found out more later.
