Chris Johnson has no reason to hold out for at least the next four years. Today he and the Tennessee Titans agreed to a four year/$53.5 million dollar contract, $30 million of it is guaranteed. Do I like the deal? Yes, mainly for the fact that now we get to see him finally play the game of football but we’re supposed to be seeing this new CBA where I didn’t think we’d see these outrageous deals of $30 million dollars plus in guaranteed money. Just take a look at Joe Thomas with his new 7 year deal worth $84 million ($44 million in guaranteed money).
