Could a possible breakup between talented wideout Jameson Williams and the Lions be on the horizon?

With the draft beginning this coming Thursday, there has been some speculation in NFL circles that the Lions could ship out Jamo as he enters the final year of his rookie deal.

To add fuel to the fire, CBS Sports notes that Williams has reportedly unfollowed the Lions on social media while adding some other cryptic messages to his IG stories.

If the Lions decide to pick up the fifth year of Jamo’s rookie deal they’ll need to do so by the May 1 deadline. Otherwise there could be plenty of options on the table should the Lions choose to in from him after a big 2024 which saw Williams set a career-high in receptions (58), yardage (1,001), and touchdowns (7) while averaging 17.3 yards per catch which is absolutely mind-blowing.
