The Arizona Cardinals beat the Rams today move to an NFL best 8-1, but they may have lost a lot more.
Starting QB Carson Palmer — who just signed a 3-year contract extension Friday — left today’s game with an apparent knee injury. He didn’t return and right now the fear is the QB could be lost for the rest of the season with a torn ACL.

The Cardinals say it’s too early to tell what exactly happened but we’ve seen this before during the year when that foot gets planted in the turf.
