According to James Jahnke of the Detroit Free Press, things may get a little interesting in the Tigers clubhouse for Brad Penny come May. The thing is 
it will have nothing to do with baseball. The veteran pitcher Penny is currently engaged to Dancing with the Stars’ Karina Smirnoff who reportedly will be featured in the May issue of Playboy. This comes from Playboy founder Hugh Hefner via his Twitter page.
“The May issue of Playboy is unforgettable with Dancing With The Stars’ Karina Smirnoff on the cover & nude inside,” the magazine founder wrote on Twitter on Wednesday evening.
The 33-year-old Smirnoff said the couple got engaged last November and are looking to tie the knot sometime in October or November. Smirnoff continued by saying Penny proposed to her with a $95,000 ring.
