The 5th longest game in Stanley Cup Finals history came to an end in the third overtime when Andrew Shaw managed to get a second deflection past Bruins goaltender Tuukka Rask giving the Blackhawks a 1-0 series lead. It further capped off a game in which the Blackhawks had to rally from a 3-1 deficit to send the game to overtime and eventually put themselves just three wins away from their second Stanley Cup in the past five years.
