Nick Saban and the Alabama Crimson Tide couldn’t script this game any better to further prove just how fucking good they are. In the semi’s against Clemson they dominated the defending National Champions while tonight they put themselves in a deficit that was marred by a stagnant offense. An offense that was held scoreless in the first half falling behind 13-0 to Georgia while garnering just four first downs.
So what does Nick Saban do? How about bench Jalen Hurts for true freshman Tua Tagovailoa who took over the offense and put the Crimson Tide on a 10-0 in the fourth quarter.
And after missing a game winning field goal opportunity in regulation and 2nd and 26 in the overtime down by a field goal, Tagovailoa unloaded for this dagger.
