Jon Heyman of SI.com has tweeted that the Tigers are interested in Padres right-hander Aaron Harang.
Harrang, 33 is in his first season with the Padres after signing a one year deal worth $4.3 million dollars with mutual options for 2011 and 2012. He previously spent 8 seasons with the Cincinnati Reds.
In 15 games this season, Harang is 7-2 with a 3.19 ERA and a 1.247 WHIP.
