The Michigan Wolverines couldn’t complete the comeback after a very slow start falling to the Arkansas Razorbacks 66-64 Saturday afternoon from Fayetteville.

B.J. Young had the hot hand for the Razorbacks scoring 15 points and hitting his first 11 shots of the game.

Michigan almost completed the comeback however Wolverine point guard Trey Burke missed a three-point attempt at the buzzer.

The Razorbacks opened up the game extremely strong building a 34-14 lead in the first half and led 49-33 early in the second half. The Wolverines were able to get within two of the Razorbacks before Arkansas was able to regain control once again.

Zack Novak led Michigan with 17 points, and Jordan Morgan had 16 as Arkansas remains undefeated at home this season.
