Are Detroit’s teams in better shape than we thought? Garret Komatz and Adam Hernandez revisit the Lions’ win over Arizona and assess the team coming out of its bye week. They look at the Pistons after the preseason, including the players who raised expectations ahead of the opener.
The Red Wings have points in four straight games and two consecutive wins. Garret and Adam discuss Alex DeBrincat’s extension, the unresolved Dylan Larkin and Simon Edvinsson situations, and Chris Ilitch’s comments about the direction of the franchise. They also weigh Jazz Chisholm Jr. as a possible Tigers offseason fit and check in on Detroit City FC after its win over Rhode Island, loss at Tampa Bay, and push toward a home playoff match.
