New Lions defensive back Jamal Adams was pretty blunt in his assessment of the Detroit Lions before joining the team this past weekend.
When asked what he’s seen from them, the three-time Pro Bowler simply said “They’ve been kicking everyone’s ass”.
Adams, who was a first-round pick of the Jets back in 2017 and widely regarded as one of the best DBs to ever play in the NFL is looking to rejuvenate his career after injuries have plagued him since 2020. Despite being signed to the practice squad, it’s expected that the Lions elevate Adams to the main roster given the amount of injuries the team has dealt with in recent weeks on the defense.
