Detroit
Chris Christie and Dan Campbell

Chris Christie is mad.

The former New Jersey Governor went on “Mad Dog” yesterday and vented about the Dallas Cowboys getting the absolute shit kicked in by the Detroit Lions to the tune of 47-9 this past Sunday.

Expect Christie wasn’t mad about Dak Prescott again looking awful, Jerry Jones sitting on his hands when it came to getting a running back in the offseason, or Mike McCarthy looking out of his element to coach an NFL team. Christie decided to get pretty personal by saying Lions head coach Dan Campbell had “no class” for running up the score against poor Jerry Jones and his Dallas Cowboys.

That’s Dan Campbell. He’s got no class, never has. So it’s fine. Look, Dan Campbell, that’s the way he is, and what goes around comes around. I just think that it’s misdirected you know, Dan Campbell’s angry because the referees got a call wrong in the game a year ago. Well, then you know, run that play on Roger Goodell. The Cowboys had nothing to do with the play being called incorrectly. It wasn’t a challenge that the Cowboys made. It was a call the referees made. The Lions got hurt by it. The Cowboys benefited by it. But now so because of that, you want to take your, you know, your peak for that, while you’re, you know, beating the hell out of these guys, and rub it in. That’s not what pros do, but it’s his prerogative. It’s the reputation that he’ll carry around. Quite frankly I see most people think that his rep now anyway.”

First of all, how pathetic is it that Chris Christie is a Cowboys fan? He’s not a Giants fan, a Jets fan, or even an Eagles fan? This clown is a fucking Cowboys fan which the more you think about it isn’t that surprising. Second, let’s not beat around the bush, the Cowboys deserved this and it was especially sweeter that it came on Jerry Jones’ birthday. Yeah, after getting screwed over by the NFL once again last year in favor of the Cowboys, the Lions were out for a little redemption in this game and they got it. Justice was served and the rest of the NFL rejoiced. You’re welcome by the way.
