A scary situation transpired in New England as Lions CB Saivion Smith had to be taken off the field in an ambulance.

The play occurred after very minimal contact it seemed with Patriots TE Hunter Henry. After the contact, Smith can be seen immediately going to the ground.

According to the Lions, Smith is being treated with a “neck injury”.
