After scoring on his own goal to give Aston Villa a 1-0 edge in the 9′, Tottenham defender Toby Alderweireld got a little redemption for himself on the opposite end of the pitch with this half spinning volley that found the back of the net.
The goal helped knot the score at one a piece before Heung-Min Son managed to put the Spurs up 2-1 in the 47′ minute of the first half. Aston Villa would eventually tie things up early in the second.
