While stumping for Luther Strange in Alabama Friday night, Donald Trump took direct aim at the NFL for their player protests against racial injustice during the National Anthem. Trump claimed these players were being “disrespectful” towards flag and country while pressuring NFL owners to “fire” or suspend any player that engages themselves in these protests.
