Australian heavyweight Mark Hunt is ready to go to war with Brock Lesnar, Dana White and the UFC.
Yesterday the ‘Super Samoan’ announced that he has filed a lawsuit against his opponent at UFC 200 Brock Lesnar, UFC boss Dana White and the organization stemming from Lesnar’s failed drug tests prior to their heavyweight bout.
I have filed a lawsuit against the UFC today.

Within the civil suit, Hunt alleges that the three parties engaged in racketeering, conspiracy and fraud while accusing the UFC of “affirmatively circumvented and obstructed fair competition for their own benefit.”
Hunt may have a case as well when you consider the special accommodations specifically to the testing windows given to Lesnar prior to the UFC 200 PPV. It’s those types of oversights with doping that could end up sinking the UFC and MMA in general. Hunt brought it up before and makes a good point, imagine if Lesnar killed him in the octagon? Is that liability the UFC would be able to recover from given Lesnar’s previous positive drug tests? Fortunately we won’t find out at least not in this case.
