Monday the NFL cleared former quarterback Peyton Manning of any wrongdoing after an Al-Jazeera documentary that said the future Hall of Famer used HGH and performance enhancing drugs.
The NFL apparently came to this conclusion after a seven-month investigation according to Adam Schefter of ESPN.
After a seven-month investigation, NFL has determined that Peyton Manning did not use HGH nor any other PED, sources told ESPN.

Jason Lisk of The Big Lead pointed out the humor in picturing Roger Goodell sitting at a computer googling โPeyton Manningโ and โHGHโ. One could only imagine what search terms the NFL commissioner would be using if it was Tom Brady involved in these allegations.
Speaking of The Big Lead, they also pointed out back in late May that the NFL still had yet to interview Peyton Manning regarding the documentary. Funny that โseven month investigationโ consisted of just a little over two months worth of interviews with the prime suspect.
