Former NBA player player Dikembe Mutombo was at the Brussels Airport during the time of the coordinated terror attacks that claimed dozens of lives and injured hundreds.

Mutombo, who was unharmed, took to his Facebook page to let his fans know he was safe and out of danger:

God is good. I am in Brussels Airport with this craziness. I am fine.

Thank you everyone. I am safe here. God is good.

Since his 18-years in the NBA, Mutombo has greatly focused on his humanitarian work and was reportedly in Africa taking part in more humanitarian missions before heading back to the United States.
