Explosions were heard outside the Stade de France during a friendly between France and Germany Friday night in Paris.
The explosions outside the stadium were believed to be part of a much larger coordinated act of terrorism with as many as six different attacks taking place across Paris.

The latest reports indicate that there are at least 43 dead with that number expected to rise and plenty of uncertainty around the French capital in terms of if the attacks are in fact over. It’s believed that the Bataclan concert venue inside the city was one of the hardest hit as attackers stormed the building killing innocent civilians while holding many others hostage as the American band ‘Eagles of Death Metal’ played. Moments ago however it was reported that French authorities raided the building to quell the siege. It’s unclear though how many people were inside the concert hall and how many more lives were lost during process of taking back that building.
As far as the soccer match goes, the game was obviously halted while the stadium was evacuated.
